After a career ending injury, Autumn had to build a new path from the ground up.

After hitting 'rock bottom' and facing an identity crisis as she had planned on moving up in the ranks as a police officer, Autumn had to transform herself. She started a professional life coaching practice and then went onto building a women's self-protection company.

At the age of 26, Autumn suffered a career-ending injury which led her to be couch-ridden for 6 months. During that time she fell into depression, was anxiety ridden and had to create a new identity for herself.

It was from that pain that Autumn chose to start anew and help others discover and use their power to change their lives.

Autumn has been coaching professionally since 2015, has built a successful worldwide podcast and is a sought after dynamic speaker! She has spoken all over the country and is passionate about teaching others how to overcome their fears and adversity and to THRIVE in their lives!

Autumn has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. She is a second-degree black belt in Shotokan karate and has been studying a mix of martial arts for over 20 years. She has also been a teacher in martial arts for over 10 years and is an Adjunct College Professor. Autumn was a police officer full time for over 6 years prior to my injury as well as an academy certified instructor and is still certified as a part-time police officer today.

I would recommend She’s An Asset for people of any age, but I am especially glad that this training was offered to my students at Woodland Jr/Sr High School. Everything that Autumn taught about situational awareness was valuable and her methods for teaching and presenting the material had students engaged for the entire 2 hours. Thanks to Autumn, many of our recent graduates will move away this fall with new knowledge and skills on how to keep themselves and others safe.
